When will I be charged for my order?

You will be charged at the time the order is placed.

Do you offer exchanges or refunds?

If you are unsatisfied with your product, we will work together to get the issue resolved. However, in the case of damaged product upon reception, please reach out to USPS and submit a claim. Building 18 Candle Co. will not be responsible for lost or stolen packages. In this case, please contact USPS prior to contacting us. Once they contact you, please ensure that you supply the proper claim information. For additional information please click here!

Do you ship overseas or to PO Boxes?

At this time, Building 18 Candle Co does not ship internationally. We are able to ship to PO Boxes located in the United States.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been fulfilled, you will receive an email with tracking information. In addition, you  will receive notifications once your order is out for delivery and once it has been delivered.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days unless otherwise noted. Orders ship within 5-7 business days via USPS depending on your shipping location.
